Nissan Rogue Recalls

As a lemon law firm, we have seen numerous cases where car manufacturers fail to acknowledge and address issues with their vehicles, putting their customers' safety at risk. Recently, Nissan announced a recall of over 300,000 Rogue vehicles due to a car key defect. This is a clear indication of the potential dangers that car defects can pose to drivers and passengers.

If you own a 2020-2021 Nissan Rogue and have experienced issues with your key fob, you may have grounds for a lemon law claim. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has reported that the car's key fob may malfunction, causing the engine to start inadvertently or the transmission to shift out of park without pressing the brake pedal. This can result in the vehicle rolling away and potentially causing an accident, putting your safety and the safety of others at risk.

If you have experienced this issue, you should immediately contact your nearest Nissan dealership and have your key fob replaced free of charge. However, if you have already made several attempts to have your vehicle repaired and the issue persists, you may be entitled to compensation under the lemon law.

Under the lemon law, if a car manufacturer fails to fix a recurring problem with a vehicle after a reasonable number of attempts, the owner may be entitled to a refund or a replacement vehicle. In the case of the Nissan Rogue recall, if you have experienced issues with your key fob and have had it replaced multiple times, you may have a valid lemon law claim.

As a lemon law firm, we strongly advise you to document all repairs and keep all records related to the issue with your vehicle. This will help to support your claim and provide evidence of the manufacturer's failure to address the problem. Contact Naderi Law Group today.
